GD in first pregnancy, passed 1 hour in second pregnancy. When do I test again?

Hello ladies!! I had GD for the last 10 weeks of my last pregnancy and even needed insulin 4 times a day. My dr just made me do the 1 hour test and I passed with flying colors (much to my surprise). Has this happened to anyone else? Will they test me again later?

I had it my first pregnancy. They tested me early in this pregnancy, I passed. They tested me again at the usual time (around 30 weeks) and I failed. It typically shows itself at the end of pregnancy & not before.

It usually doesn’t show until later when the placenta FULLY takes over. I think most of the time around 20 is when they should test. This is what my doctor said since I had it last time too
