Vitex & Maca? Does anyone have any experience using the two?

I have long cycles, currently on CD 38 and no AF and BFN’s. I’m waiting for AF to start taking these on my CD 1. My hopes is that it will regulate my cycle and ovulate. I’ve been TTC #2 for a while now. And tips or advice is greatly appreciated! I included a photo of the Vitex and Maca I plan to start.
