I’m getting my implant tomorrow, Sat 13. I’ve read that I have to wait seven days to have sexual activity. Does it mean that starting from Sat 20, can I start having sex?

Yes, 7 days after it’s inserted is when it’s completely 99.9% effective. 
That said, if it’s inserted during the first 5 days of being on ur period then it’s effective immediately.
