Covid vaccine? Yes or no?

Anyone here received the vaccine while pregnant? My doctor recommended it, but I'm still on the fence. How did it affect you and your baby?

There has been zero evidence to say it does any harm to the fetus. In fact, the vaccine actually passes antibodies to it. Just like the flu shot. 
It also a great idea to get it if it’s been recommended by your doctor since being pregnant significantly weakens your immune system leaving you open for severe symptoms of covid.

Stop asking in the CC. There’s an entire room dedicated to this exact topic. It’s also not smart to ask a bunch of random people who have little to no education in biochemistry and immunology, let alone a grasp on the research, development and clinic trial process. You need to speak with MD/DOs, not nurses and not PAs. You also have rampant anti-vaxxers in here. Truly ask yourself why you’re concerned about a spike protein vaccination, with tons of research and clinical trials behind it as opposed to a virus that’s known to be able to harm your fetus in multiple ways and cause long-term complications. I’m getting mine next week, at 25 weeks. I know quite a few pregnant women that already have (including physicians and other medical staff). If you aren’t in the first trimester, where there’s a fever risk (which can also be spiked by the actual virus), there’s been little cause for concern.

I’m high risk already and both my high risk doc and my regular OB told me to get it (I’m 21 weeks now) so I’m signed up just waiting on the call they have one for me

YESSSS!
I got Pfizer while I was 28 weeks pregnant. My arm was sore and I had a headache for a couple days but no other side effects. 
I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant so I can’t comment much on baby but still growing at a normal healthy rate. 
I don’t know if I was lucky or if it was the vaccine but my entire family, including my husband had COVID a few months ago. I managed to not get sick/not get symptoms so I’d say it worked.
