Fiance streaming in our bedroom

We have a two bedroom apartment and originally Andrew used that room for his gaming setup. A few months after we moved in my sister ended up moving in also. She's been with us since and his computer setup is now in the bedroom. It's been like this for 8 months now and it hasn't really been an issue. Usually he's done gaming around 9 the latest and we go to bed.

The past two weeks he's been trying to get more of a following on Twitch though and now it's every night until midnight... I work and keep having to go out in the living room because I can't sleep in there with the noise plus his camera is on.

I don't know how to ask him to end it early because I don't want him to feel like he has to stop his hobby. It's just tough because I'm getting super annoyed not being able to be in our bedroom and relax at the end of the night.

Anyone else in this situation and how would you go about talking to him?
