Gastro when pregnant.
This is my first pregnancy and praying all is well at this stage. I am currently experiencing gastro (picked it up at work in childcare). Does anyone have any tips or previous experiences? I'm concerned that all this vomiting and diarrhoea and quite possibly dehydration may effect our baby. Not to mention I started spotting earlier today.
