Chemical pregnancy question

Hi, I had a faint a few very faint positives that didn’t get darker, and then I started bleeding very heavy, I’m on day 3/4 of bleeding and still getting a faint positive test, anyone have any idea why? How long did it take for you to go back to negative? This is the test I got this morning. Maybe I’m seeing an indent? I don’t know.
