No heartbeat

Hi, I was told yesterday that my baby did not grow and is still measuring 6 weeks and 1 day. I am supposed to be 8 weeks and 3 days according to my LMP. Last week on the 4th the baby had a HB of 100bmp and it measured at 6 weeks and 1 day. And yesterday they said they couldn’t see a yolk sac but they seen the fetal pole. They offered me a d&c or natural . Oh or medication to start the process. I’m so confused and heartbroken 💔 I’ve had no bleeding whatsoever.. has this happened to anyone ?
