Hello! I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and I want to know if anyone else have any similar symptoms that I have. I got an ultrasound in October 2020 due to a pain in my vagina (kind of leading up to my cervix). It is hard to explain the feeling. My results from my ultrasound stated that I have multiple follicles on my ovaries. I was diagnosed due to the results from my ultrasound.

Around a few weeks ago I began to have quite a bit of pelvic pain. It is a dull pain/pressure. It is a very dull ache. Almost like a constant dull burn. It has not subsided, it comes and goes. Has anyone else had this feeling?

Also has anyone else been diagnosed with PCOS without getting any bloodwork/tests done?
