I miscarried January 18th at 5 weeks a long. It was a confirmed miscarriage by my doctor. I wanted to start trying immediately after and got a positive ovulation February 16th. I started my period March 2. Well now I am second guessing if it was a period or not. It was very light to nothing spotting (I wouldn’t use a pad or a tampon) and very minimal cramping. I am now second guessing if it was a period or implantation bleeding. Does the timeline make sense? Am I just too hopeful? I can probably test but am so hesitant after a miscarriage.
