Bleeding after sex

After having sex, there was blood everywhere (like EVERYWHERE) it was really scary and didn’t realise until after, had lights off and was really drunk. Wasn’t my period as I just finished it 2 days prior and was in pain a little bit. Any advice on what this might be?
