Extremely Itchy Bumps

I recently started getting really itchy bumps on random places on my body. Once the bumps in one spot go away, they appear somewhere else on my body. They recently appeared around my shoulder/chest as shown in the picture. The bumps are pretty large in size. Has anyone else experienced this before or know what could be causing this???
