Implantation Bleeding or Period??? TMI

I Was Supposed To Come On My Period On March 13th But No Bleeding and I Have A Tell When I Know I’m Coming On ( left leg hurts so badly) But Nothing At All 🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️ This Time. But Then I Had Went To The Bathroom Later That Morning and I Wiped and I Saw This
