Anybody have any tips!!

Anybody have any tips or info that you would like to share that helped you get your bfp, we are all on here to help and learn from each other I don't see too many people giving away tips or information on what helped them conceive, I know we are all different and what works for one doesn't mean it'll work for another but.. you just never know! Feel free to comment and tell what helped you even if its unconventional or weird i would like to know and I know others would appreciate it as well it could help another lady out..
