SMEP METHOD

Going to be trying the SMEP method this month, feeling good. We haven’t been able to give it a really good shot these past 7 months of TTC because of my partners back injury (been injured for a long time) but this month we’re going to have sex using the SMEP method and if it’s not working that day we’re doing to do at home insemination :)

I ordered some easy @ home LH tests hopefully they come soon (in Australia) have my clear blue digital strips ready and ordered some PROOV strips. Soooo ready for this month ☺️☺️
