Hormones. Mine HURT. Like it was cold outside and obviously when youre cold your nipples will get hard and rub your clothing but it HURT when I was pregnant 😖

Oh my entire breasts itches something fierce the first couple months! I could have clawed right through my skin! (Don’t do that!) and then when that went away, they felt like they were exploding from the inside out, so sensitive to their own mere existence!  That lasted another month or so.  Now, at half way, they are a bit sensitive in the night if I roll on them, but are otherwise fine.  
I think it is all attributed to hormones.

Could mean your nipples are growing. They get bigger in pregnancy. Put some salve, moisturizer or aquafor on to help.

Everybody is different in my case it did but try not to itch make sure you grease it well to prevent cuts especially in the nipples cause lemme tell you it’s not a good feeling smh I thought my nipple was sliced open lol
