My PP period started after my 6 week PP appointment. My doctor put me on birth control at this appointment and told me to start the pills the first day of my period. I started my BC Feb. 26th bc that’s the first day I started to bleed. Well I bleed on and off that first week super light. (Not like my regular period would be before pregnancy). Well today is March 15th and I am still bleeding. Is this normal for a first period after pregnancy and being on birth control? I know my body has to adjust to the medication, just didn’t know if I should call my doctor or see if it levels out next month. Any input with experience with BC PP is appreciated!
