Hello!

For about 4 days now i’ve been having excruciating cramps (sometimes worse than the cramps i get on my period) and i have no idea why. i last had my period February 23rd-27th, and for the last few days i’ve been in my fertile window which is what caused me to think the pain was ovulation cramps but apparently they’re supposed to be mild, and only last for a day max.

I couldn’t be pregnant because the last time i had sex was before my last period (wouldn’t have gotten my period if i was pregnant). i’m not supposed to get my period again till the 30th of march.

Also another note, my discharge is pretty normal consistency/smell wise. the color is a little off, it looks kind of light brown, like the discharge you get right before you get your period. maybe i’m just being paranoid that something is wrong with me and my cycle is just messed up somehow. but i thought i would ask on here anyway.

any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

edit: i’m going to the dr today because the pain has gotten much worse and has spread to my lower back as well as radiating down into my thighs. will update afterwards.
