Is this normal for a 2 year old

My 2 year old is have tantrums for no apparent reason and refusing to eat anything at home and his grans but his nursery says he eats there and my mum says he at hers too

We have recently moving in to are 1st home and I have been more stressed than usual

He is also clingy to me as well

Last Friday morning he had a full on meltdown refusing to put his shoes on (he kicked me in my face) I asked if he wants to go to nursery and he shouted No repeatedly

Any advice is grateful
