Hey everyone, unfortunately I have just been diagnosed and going through my first phase of the HV2 virus- I contracted it from my boyfriend who had a cold sore and we did oral. 😣

Obviously I’ve felt absolutely disgusting and was so emotional about it for a good few days but I’m now coming to terms with it being something that can just happen and it’s very common 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was in incredible pain from the sores, I’m now on day 7 of the virus and day 5 of taking antiviral meds and the sores haven’t actually hurt for the last day or so. Is this the light at the end of the tunnel? Should I start clearing up now? Thanks for any advice etc x
