Got first Clearblue Peak today!

I’m on my second round of clomid due to my period never being able to regulate. I’m on day 13 of my cycle and have been testing high since day 8. We had sex on days 8, 10, and 12 (last night) as instructed, so I’m just wondering if we should try again tonight since this morning I finally got the “peak” symbol on the test, or wait until tomorrow per the original schedule? Thanks so much in advance! This will be our first baby so this whole TTC thing is new to me!
