PLEASE HELP

So past 2 days I’ve been given my 12 day old her bottles and using the MAM anti colic bottles, so I make them how you are meant to but me and my partner realised that the measurements are much more than we originally put in. Only come to realise that when we put it in a jug of cold water to cool it down, the water from the jug has gotten into her bottle so we’ve been giving her unsterile water without even realising. Will my baby be okay?! We stopped giving her bottle tonight as soon as we realised..
