High results every day, please help...getting bummed out.

Bottom was yesterday, top is today. Basically though every single day for the past fortnight at around 8am I’ve had these relatively high looking results, but I never seem to get a peak. I’ve had on and off EWCM now for about 2 weeks, though it’s been constant around the past three days. I keep getting my hopes up only to take another test later in the day that’s significantly lighter. I’m getting tired of this, does anyone have an idea of what could be going on? My doctor refuses to see me.
