Cramps & twinges??
I’ve had a weird cycle this time. Been having cramps and twinges down low since my period ended. I’m currently on CD 15 and just got a dark opk - will probably be a positive tonight or tomorrow. Are these constant cramps and twinges (sharp pains but doesn’t hurt bad) a bad sign or good?? What can be going on?
