Male factor infertility (less than 1 million sperm)
Has anyone’s husbands taken a vitamin or anything to help improve MFI.
My husband has low sperm, low motility and low morphology.
He’s taken fertilaid for over a year and it has not done anything to help.
We’ve done 2 IVF transfers and both did not result in a pregnancy.
I would love some advice or options
