WTH?? Why is all of my past periods, daily logs, etc., gone??

I have opened the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">GLOW app</a> for the past 4 days trying to enter my daily log. The first day, none of my previous daily logs, periods, etc were showing. I closed the app, reopened it, hoping it was just a glitch, but no. Everything is still GONE!!!

It looks like it did when I first started using GLOW, before I entered anything.

It still shows I am a Premium Member, paid for a year. But it is basically a blank canvas.

I have been trying to get pregnant & had been keeping track of all my periods, ovulation, sex, temps, meds, etc., for the past 4 months with Glow, now EVERYTHING IS GONE!!

WHAT THE F**K?? I AM SO P**SED!!

If I can't get all my info back, then I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

Can anyone give me any advice, tips, etc., to get my previous info back?? Or what I should do next?

I'm was just beginning to get the hang of the app and still don't know a lot of how it works. I have been a Premium member for the past 2 months.

Any help at all is appreciated.
