11 weeks and no symptoms

Anyone else have almost no symptoms?

I'm 11 weeks and other then heartburn, sore nipples and a sore back I have no symptoms and I'm so nervous, my energy levels seem to be higher too.

I've had two losses, one at 8 weeks and one at 5. This is the furthest I've ever gotten and I'm so scared of losing this one too.

I have had two scans. One at 6 weeks then one at 9 and a half weeks private cause I was so paranoid. And I can't afford to get another private one before my 12 and a half week one but I'm just so nervous.

Has anyone else had like no symptoms and energy get better around 11 weeks And things still
