Can someone please help?
I have a few questions if someone can help me please!
1) I know that dates can ripen cervix ready for labour, but can I eat them in first trimester? (I’m 10 weeks 5 days pregnant and don’t want to risk anything haha).
2) I have some packaged food and on the ingredients list it says ‘red wine’. Will this still be ok to eat? Or shall I stay clear? (FYI I need to microwave it before heating, not sure if that makes any difference?)
3) can someone please give me some nice drink ideas instead of coffee. Not too keen on tea but am struggling atm as I’m limiting myself to 1 coffee a day.
