Friend always acts like there’s something wrong with my child

My friend and I have boys the exact same age. They’re a few days apart. They’re both 3. They have very different personalities. Her son is very timid, easily scared, quiet, calm. She says he basically watches tv or plays quietly by himself all day. Never throws fits.

My child is wild to say the least. Jumping off furniture. Digging in the dirt. Crashing his monster trucks. He’s curious about everything and not scared of anything.

My friend is constantly saying that his behavior is abnormal and that I should tell his pediatrician. She will compare him to her son who just sits there quietly because he’s afraid of everything and say “see how quiet Isaac is? He just sits nicely all day and doesn’t bother me or get into anything. He’s a Dream child.”

I’m really getting fucking annoyed by it. My son is normal, he’s got a lot of energy and I don’t see what’s wrong with that. Wwyd?
