Ovary pain before period

Can someone please help me ive had this  pain for a while now idk what this is I’ve never felt it

How long before? I get ovulation pain around two weeks before my period.

I would go to the gyno if the pain is severe and concerning to you. It could be regular pms pains or it could be ovarian cysts. I’ve had them and they’re not fun, especially once they rupture.

Maybe ovarian cysts!! I get them all the time, try hot bath with Epsom salts

It can be a a part of the pms symptoms I used to have cramps some days before my period starts, idk how long before it appears but if it's really bad u can try take a pill to help u feel better and stop the pain, if u feel really bad or worried I suggest going to the doctor :)
