Hyper

Parents with extreamly hyper active children what are some activities and excercises you found. My son is 3 almost 4 he is extremely hyperactive and has a really hard time focusing. We run and play,paint, play dinosour (he runs around and roars for awhile lol) we try puzzles and stuff but he dosnt sit for very long. I try to get him to have some chill time as well but no matter what we do it dosnt seem to ware him out at all. If you have any advice or tips to try. Any activities to keep him busy and entertained I feel like hes bored. He starts physical therapy next week and she will have excercises for us he has trouble with his ankles and will also be getting ankle braces so not sure if our activities will be limited.
