Ovulation mystery. Is it worth trying this month

I'm so confused with this month's OPKs. I ovulate each month varying from days 13-16. Average being day 14 peak. I am undergoing infertility tests for secondary infertility and was advised to start taking ovasitol and I purchased myo dchiro inositol from Amazon. It's end of day 16 and haven't gotten a positive opk yet. I even tested with another brand just to make sure. I felt my mucous discharge was watery egg white like for the past two days. We have still been BD every other night. Should I stop for this month?? All my fertility tests are normal. Will post a picture of the OPKs
