Blood when I wipe

Update: after being a nervous wreck all night & not sleeping, I just finished a doctors appointment. Turns out I have a subchorionic hematoma.

Not much to see on the ultrasound. But the yolk sac is there.

Checking blood work over the next few days & will have another ultrasound in a week.

I am 5 weeks & 3 days & have an appointment to see the doctor for the first time next week.

I just saw this when I wiped from peeing.

I am not cramping.

Should I try to see the doctor sooner?
