My post

I had made a post before saying I work out for 10 minutes a day. I got alot of replies saying that it wasnt long enough. I googled it and tried to look into it. All my research says 10 minutes is long enough to build muscle. I really dont have time being a single mommy and working. I'm just curious if anyone can give me advice on how I can fit it in. Can I do 10 minutes then 10 more mintues later. Like 10 in the Morning then 10 at night? I'm usually so wore out though 😩
