HELP! what am I doing wrong??

Question

My baby will be 3 months next week. He wakes up every 30 min to an hour!
Why? Day naps aren't longer than 2 hours. I nurse him every 3 hours. Nighttime he. Wont sleep in crib only with me. I can't keep sleeping 30 min increments.
I'm so frustrated I want to cry 😢

Is he waking to feed? That’s a lot! He could have tongue tie if he’s waking to feed so often. Have you talked to your pediatrician?
I feel your frustration! Please look forward resources this doesn’t sound sustainable

Don’t let him have 3 hour naps during the day if he’s waking so much at night. Not for the sleep aspect, but for the milk aspect - he needs to feed more during the day so he doesn’t need as much at night. Fill him up! 
Otherwise - rent a snoo, we did and my baby slept 6 hours straight the first night

Poor mama! Are you breastfeeding? My little one is the same age. She also will only sleep with me. We’ve really leaned into “breast sleeping” (you can look up Dr James McKenna) as the most sustainable solution for our family. Not getting up to feed her but doing side lying breastfeeding has made a pretty big difference for my sleep because I’m not rousing as much and I will sometimes sleep through all or part of the feeding.
