I'm 5 months postpartum and EBF. I just got my period today.. is this normal? I thought you dont get your period if you're breastfeeding??

Definitely varies person to person. I was 15 months postpartum with my first before I got my period but had friends who got it at 4 months, both of us EBF

With my first, I didn’t get mine until around 6 months postpartum.

I got mine right away like 5/6 weeks postpartum 😭 Everyone is different and its all normal.

I got mine only 3 months after giving births and I was devastated. With my first I didn’t get it for the first year at least. Both times EBF. My doctor said both absolutely normal.
