As a former female athlete you do get used to disparities in events,facilities, funding, access, etc but for the NCAA to have this kind of disparity at the largest bball tourney is just absurd. Now they are."working to fix it" but only after an Oregon women's player posted it on tiktok?? Hmm seems like they thought they would get away with it but forgot about social media.

Top picture is mens gym/weight room...bottom is what they gave the women. Not a single womens team, the entire womens ncaa tournament got 1 single weigh tower.

This is the food...seems totally equal right.
