Milk supply with transfusion

I had a severe postpartum hemorrhage after delivery. I lost almost half my blood and needed 2 transfusions. Now, 2.5 weeks later, my milk supply is still next to nothing. I had to supplement baby at 5 days old due to weight loss and now he just wants the bottle. He HATES latching because he doesn’t get much from it. I pump 6-7 times a day and end up with maybe 3 ounces total at the end of the day. Any other mommas have a blood transfusion and have similar issues? How long did it take to get your full supply? My doctors said it could take a full month and I’m just emotionally exhausted already.
