Could I be ovulating as early as 4 weeks pp? I am breastfeeding but I’ve also been having ovulation pains.

Answer

Yes u can. There are women who return to their 6 week postpartum checkup and are already pregnant again. Breastfeeding doesn’t prevent ovulation.
