I’m 15 and had two miscarriages last year. I was forced to do something things I didn’t want to I’m not proud of it. But this year I got a new boyfriend and I took a pregnancy yesterday and it was positive. Then hours later I had pink and brown spotting. Then this morning a lot of red bleeding with no pain or cramping. I don’t know if I miscarried because with my other two I had pain but I feel nothing this morning. My mom doesn’t know about my first two miscarriages.And I’m already grieving from last year miscarriages. What should I do?
