Irregular periods

Hey,

I’ve been trying to conceive however no luck! I have irregular periods, I don’t have PCOS or anything as my ultrasound of my womb and ovaries came back good and healthy and my blood tests came back all good my hormones etc.

I took provera which induced my period, but still no period in nearly 2 years! Any advice anyone been in the same situation? Should i take provera every month to regulate my periods?
