Omg ladies I am so upset. I went in with my hair completely blonde and just a bit grown out and wanted to do a balayage style and darken up the roots a bit. I even asked the stylist if they do balayage and she said yes. First pic is what I wanted and second is what I got! On top of that this cost me $180!!! She told me it is more work for her because she had to use 2 colors. Omg i don't even want to go to work Monday with my hair looking like this.
