What are you ladies doing/ what does your ebf/pumping journey look like?

I hate the haaka honestly. I only ever get 1/4-1/2 an ounce no matter how I attach it. It just doesn’t work for me. I feed baby on demand and once a day (usually in the morning) I pump after her feeding. I use freemie cups and my ameda mya pump to do that so that I can be hands free to help my toddler. She usually feeds every 3 hours but this past week it’s been hourly, even over night. Pretty sure it’s a growth spurt but with how frustrated she gets at the breast I’m starting to worry it’s a supply issue.

No it does not. A Haaka is designed to catch the letdown on the opposite side to what you're nursing on. It just catches milk that Bubs would otherwise be drinking, and generally won't catch even half of what your baby can draw out, therefore does not raise demand and encourage production.
If you want to increase your supply, try pumping after each feed.

I stopped using the haakaa because my baby boy kept kicking it off of me & I would literally cry over spilt milk constantly 😂. But, I ebf & pump while I’m working at night. My son eats on demand, usually every 2 1/2-4hrs during the day and wakes up 2-3x at night for feeds. When I’m working, I pump 3x (15mins) in my 12 hr shift which normally gets me around 20oz. I also always pump when I wake up, whether I’m working that night or not. 
The best thing I do to keep my supply up is water intake. I notice a big decrease if I’ve been slacking on water, and I also normally drink one body armor daily (idk how much it actually helps, but I love them!). Also making sure I snack or eat regularly. Besides that, it’s all supply and demand! Right now, baby boy is in his 4th leap/a growth spurt/ sleep regression soooo he’s kinda all over the place with feeds lol.
