I feel you... avoid mums group and other trigger. Seek psychological support and try to concentrate on baby 1, the one you have.
Heartbroken
In the time we have been trying for baby number two, 3 mothers from my mums group have gotten pregnant and one has just had her beautiful baby number two.
I’m eating well, exercising, sleeping well, eating well, supplements the works ...
I left a high stress job to a better one.
I’ve stopped taking ovulation sticks
I’ve stopped caring about the possible symptoms
I’m tired of waiting
Every announcement just crushes me in to this box of “and your body is broken”
Then people are like “oh well at least you have One already...”
