Trick to keeping 1 year old hair up??

Is there a trick!? My girl will not keep anything in her hair. No bows, hair ties, clips.. she constantly rips them out and her hair is always in her eyes. Just curious how you other mamas are doing it!

We use those small plastic hair ties and I struggle to get them out of her hair so she definitely can’t.

Depends is she black white?? We need more information. My daughter is 13 months and I always keep her hair up, cause for 1 it’s fun for me and for 2 it helps her hair grow. But she doesn’t pull at her hair. Maybe try doing it more often and pop her hand if she yanks at it and say no no.

I let her do what she wants 🤷🏼‍♀️. My daughter says hair ties are too tight she doesnt like them. And she doesnt like clips because when shes running and playing the clips slip and slide and bother her

We got little cotton hair ties and usually do a front top pony to keep her face clear
Twisting the hair into side ponies or French braids work well too!

I'm dealing with the same with my 2.5 year old now, so I pick my battles. She says she doesn't mind it in her face/eyes so I let it go. I do agree though the small elastic bands stay put much better if you want to try those
