I’ve been trying to get pregnant , any tips on what I should do?

Stop trying lol it stresses you out... the moment I stopped trying I got pregnant 😩

Look into herbs that increase fertility. I would highly recommend Maca root. It is a type of radish, a “superfood” if you will. It is great for your reproductive system, increases fertility, vitality, and cell production. It also boosts energy. It comes in capsule form or powder form (or you can try growing it yourself but it takes 9 months to grow). I have it in powder form to add to smoothies and soups but I also have it in capsule form because I don’t eat those foods everyday.
