Does these items seem like reasonable prices

I’m building a new wardrobe from scratch. Do these seem like reasonable prices for what I’m paying for? I’m not used to spending money on myself. I usually just go to the thrift store and spend $1- $5 a shirt

I would be concerned about the quality for such low prices. And I would absolutely have hives on my neck from that necklace.

Low prices like those I'd expect to get a few wears and washes out of them before they start pilling  or showing wear..  not that they'd last any length of time.  The necklace I'd expect to leave a green ring around my neck
