help please: panicking a bit

hi all, i’ve had a little bit of brown discharge the last few days. nothing when i pee— it just seems to come out throughout the day. no cramping, not red in any way and no other weird things going on. i am 10w tomorrow. saw healthy baby and healthy heart beat at 8w4d. i am still working out 5-6 days a week and i’m thinking that could be pushing out some old blood? any advice?
