So I have surgery coming up to remove a uterine septum and look for possible endometriosis. And I haven’t thought to bring this up with my OB honestly , but now I’m worrying. One of my symptoms is random nausea that occurs throughout my cycle. I also bleed from my rectum occasionally when I poop and pooping is sometimes painful. My symptoms that made my doctor think I had endometriosis is I have pelvic pain on my left side throughout the month here and there and heavy periods, but I’ve always had heavy periods. No pain in sex. My grandfather died of colon cancer and now I’m starting to freak out that it’s colon cancer. Has anyone had these same symptoms? What was it?
