bleeding...is this normal

so i got my period almost exactly 1 month pp, i’m now 13 weeks pp. at first it was pretty regular, but now it’ll come for like 2 days and then stop completely for a day or two then come back for two days then stop then come back for a day?? this is my first baby so idk if it’s normal but it started off as a regular period and as the weeks went on it got irregular. and the amount is weird too. the other morning i felt myself bleeding but i didn’t have anything on so i ran to the bathroom and it was dark red and enough that i felt like i needed a tampon so i put one in and when i pulled it out hours later it was almost completely dry?
